(11:32) SANTA CRUZ- A wind advisory has been issued for the Santa Cruz mountains. The advisory went into effect at 5 a.m period Sunday and lasts until 10 p.m. Residents from the Bay area to the Sata Cruz mountains can expect winds of 20 to 30 miles per hour, with gust of 40 to 50 miles an hour. Power outages and downed trees are likely, as well as flooding in low lying areas.
