(12:29) MONTEREY- Authorities say that two people arrested during a human trafficking investigation will face prostitution charges. As part of an undercover sting in September, officers arrested Siau San Tee of New York and San Gabriel, CA at Classic Massage and Spa, also arrested was Eun Fuller of Lawrenceville, GA at Cypress Studios. The City of Monterey has since denied operating permits to both businesses.
