(08:50) Monterey – Monterey County Public Works have made some changes to help protect the endangered Sea Otters. The changes came after an iconic sea otter, Mr. Enchilada, was hit by a car and killed on Moss landing Road. Monterey Public Works have added Sea Otter Crossing signs that reinforce the speed limit. There is also discussion about adding additional fencing to the area.
