(18:47) SANTA CRUZ – Emergency guard rail repair work is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Wednesday). The work will be on the quarter-mile segment of Northbound Highway 1, between the Ocean Street off-ramp and just north of River Street/Highway 9. The roadwork is scheduled to be done between 9 a-m and 2 p-m, with traffic control closing the Number 2 (right lane).
