Dr. Joel Wallach

A biomedical research pioneer, Dr. Joel D. Wallach spent more than 40 years in the field of Veterinary Medicine, observing and researching the effects of individual nutrients on animal health, before becoming a Naturopathic Physician in 1982. Today, Dr. Wallach is renowned for his groundbreaking research on the health benefits of selenium and other minerals. He currently dedicates his time to lecturing throughout the world on the therapeutic benefits of vitamins and minerals, and on lobbying the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on behalf of the dietary supplement industry.

Dr. Wallach has been appearing recently with George Noory on Coast to Coast AM.

A report out from Kaiser Family Foundation states that many people going the emergency room or in network hospital stays often get a "surprise medical bill". These are bill from out of network doctors or anesthesiologists. Some states are worse than others based on how their networks are set up. Texas seems to really bad as 27% or ER visits and 38% of in nework hospital stay trigger a "surprise medical bill" that can often cost thousands.

These high levels homocysteine are associated with inadequate dietary intakes of vitamins B2, B6, B9 and B12. Harvard University discovered that high levels of homocysteine can triple the risk of heart attack. Also increases the risk of stroke, atherosclerosis, erectile dysfunction, kidney disease, vascuar disease and retinopathy.

Sending out letters to over 5800 patients who orthopedic or spine sugeries over a two year period. Currently 67 patients and 20 spouses have filed lawsuits against the hospital contending they contracted infections at that hospital that caused serious pain.
