Dr. Joel Wallach

A biomedical research pioneer, Dr. Joel D. Wallach spent more than 40 years in the field of Veterinary Medicine, observing and researching the effects of individual nutrients on animal health, before becoming a Naturopathic Physician in 1982. Today, Dr. Wallach is renowned for his groundbreaking research on the health benefits of selenium and other minerals. He currently dedicates his time to lecturing throughout the world on the therapeutic benefits of vitamins and minerals, and on lobbying the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on behalf of the dietary supplement industry.

Dr. Wallach has been appearing recently with George Noory on Coast to Coast AM.

Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing babies being born with MS (multiple sclerosis). Stating this is because the mother was missing nutrients during gestation. The report states that thousands of foster children are being prescribed psychiatric drugs without follow up. Estimating there will be about 18 million new cases of cancer globally this year and 9.6 million deaths. Up from a 2012 report that had 14 million new cases of cancer and 8 million deaths. More than half of the deaths will occur in Asia as they have 60% of the worlds cancer cases. Europe has about 23% of cases the Americas accounting for 21% and Africa with 7% of cases.

Over million children some under the age of six are taking anti-psychotic drugs. One the side effects of these drugs is homicidal and suicidal thoughts. Doc asserts that there could possibly be a million mass killers in our midst.

These states include Iowa, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and West Virginia. Now every state has at least 1 in 5 adults is obese. An estimated $149 billion is spent annually in directly related health spending. Lowered productivity costs an additional $66 billion.

Those who took these heartburn drugs had a 50% increased risk of having recurrent Clostridium difficile infections. Recent studies have also been seeing increases in C. difficile infections in younger healthy people.
