Doc outlines a story concerning a person who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's who was symptom free after a week using nutrional supplementation.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article on a new treatment for type 2 diabetes. This new device currently being tested by the FDA in the U.S. The device called an "EndoBarrier" is a plastic tube-shaped liner inserted into the patient's intestine to block the absorbtion of calories. Doc asserts the problem with that is that the patient will not be absorbing nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and good fats leading several new health challenges.

In fact the study found that extremely obese girls were four times more likely to get MS than normal weight girls.
