The ariticle from a local San Francisco newspaper is outlining various community programs aimed at getting people to stop flushing unused medications. Apparantly, treatment plant operators are finding these unwanted drugs a showing up in the waters of the San Francisco Bay. Doug asks the question, "if drugs are toxins we don't want in the environment then why do doctors ask us to put them in our bodies?"
