Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach continue discussing the health benefits of dark chocolate.  Doug cites an Italian study that found the consumption of dark chocolate reduces the blood levels of CRP (C-reactive proteins).  Higher blood levels of CRP have previously been associated with the kind of inflammation that has been linked to heart and blood vessel disease.
