Dr. Wallach starts the show today discussing the recent storms in the southern and midwest regions of the country.  Asserting that all of the damage from flooding and winds are stressing local economies.  He contends that this in turn could put people working for cities, counties and states out of work.  Doc then outlines how multiple income streams are a very good idea during difficult ecomomic times.
