Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the Covid 19 numbers. Comparing Mexico and Japan because their populations are similar. Mexico has a lot more cases and deaths than Japan. Stating this is because Mexicans are eating gluten laden foods. While the Japanese don’t eat no gluten rich foods. People eating gluten compromise their bady’s ability to produce white blood cells that would fight off the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding superfoods that help support proper eye health. Things like blueberries, dark chocolate, eggs, oysters, oranges, carrots, almonds, salmon, kale and tomatoes. These contain antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that promote eye health. Many of which help protect against macular degeneration.
