Asserting many of these are due to nutritional deficiencies. This occuring because of an inability to absorb these nutrients. Because of damage to the intestines from years of consuming gluten.

Researchers found that a compound found in turmeric is more effective at relieving arthritis pain than NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). This without any side effects such as the liver damage that NSAIDs cause.
