Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a Japanese study on prostate cancer. Finding men who ate mushrooms three times a week or more reduced their risk of prostate cancer by 17%. Those eating mushrooms once or twice a week reduced their risk by 8%. With the greatest effect seen in men over the age of 50.
