Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing mass shootings and paradoid behavior. Citing several of the mass shootings that have occured. Contending these people are unstable because of nutritional deficiencies. Contending that people should do a hair analysis so they will know which nutrients they have are deficient.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about vitamin D3 deficiencies. Stating that is common for new borns to be vitamin D deficient. These babies are at risk of developing rickets. Which causes weak or soft bones and stunted growth. Pregnant women with low vitamin D levels are at risk of pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia. Which can increase the risk of premature birth, fetal growth restriction and the death of the mother and child.
