Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a Dutch study. Finding that people who eat junk food are more likely to be depressed. The junk food damages capillaries which reduces blood flow to the brain. Eating junk food increases the risk of depression by 60%. The researchers are recommending people adopt a Mediterraiean diet. Which Doc disagrees because the oils that are a large part of this diet.
