Monologue

Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show stating that "exercise without supplementation is suicide." Contending that as people exercise they sweat out a soup of nutrients not just water. If these nutrients are not replaced people are at risk of getting all sorts of health challenges. Recommending that all people should be supplementing with all 90 essential nutrients.

Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss new studies are stating that eating red meat may not be as bad as we have been told. Recommending consumers who eat as much as four servings per week can continue to do so. Obviously physicians groups and the American Heart Association are still telling people to stay away from red meat. Doc asserts that its not the red meat but how the meat is cooked that makes it dangerous.
