Pharmacist Ben Fuchs fills in for Dr. Wallach.  Ben starts the show discussing a study that found vitamin D supplementation reduced the pain from neuropathies in diabetic patients.  Ben also discusses a study that linked higher vitamin D levels to decreased risk of developing type I diabetes.

Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a study released from the nonprofit The Environmental Working Group.  The study found that after testing nearly 1000 brand-name sunscreens 4 out of 5 don't adequately protect consumer and may contain harmful chemicals.
