Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the 40th anniversary of the first mass killing in the U.S. Citing several of the other mass killings in recent years. Contending that this occurs because of nutritional deficiencies. Stating that if everyone in the U.S. supplemented with all 90 essential nutrients these killings would stop. Asserting that the nutrients aren’t in the foods so everyone should be supplementing.

Found in foods like fruits, vegetables, tea, wine and chocolates. Can promote heart health by improving the levels of nitric oxide in the blood. Increased levels of nitric oxide can lower the risk of heart attack, heart failure and stroke. It can also has properties that help maintain blood sugar levels. The flavonols in cocoa also provide cancer protective properties.
