Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing a report out from the CDC (Centers for Disease and Prevention). The report chronicles a rise in childhood suicide. Over million children some under the age of six are taking anti-psychotic drugs. One the side effects of these drugs is homicidal and suicidal thoughts. Doc asserts that there could possibly be a million mass killers in our midst.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a report out from two non-profit organizations. The report states that the obesity rate has risen above 35% in seven states. These states include Iowa, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and West Virginia. Now every state has at least 1 in 5 adults is obese. An estimated $149 billion is spent annually in directly related health spending. Lowered productivity costs an additional $66 billion.
