Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about a study from Tuffs University. The study found those eating pecans daily have a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Eating 1.5 ounces or a small handful of pecans can significantly improve insulin sensitivity and effect markers of cardiometabolic disease.
