Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a news article a study of exercise. Researchers studied how relevant is the duration of exercise in relation to long term health. The team looked at nearly 5000 adults age 40 and older. They wore devices that tracked how often they moved. Finding that longer sustained bouts of exercise fared no better than those getting shorter stints. They key was the sum total of exercise daily and weekly.
