Contending that some third world countries have have more 100 year old residents than the U.S. Asserting that this is true despite the fact that the U.S. spends more on healthcare than all other industrialized countries combined. Posing the question why is this true with all of our high tech healthcare.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about the influenza epidemic. The CDC is reporting there has been 31.5 hospitalizations per 100,000 Americans. Compared to just a few weeks ago 13.7 per 100,000 Americans hospitalized. A recent study found that those with heart conditions are six times more likely to have a heart attack in the weeks following a bout of influenza.
