Dr. Wallach starts the show discussing how important it is to be prepared for disasters. Asserting that he keeps at least two years worth of Youngevity products stored all the time. Also outlining the importance of having stored foods. Stating that Youngevity now has a new division called "GoFoods" that are freeze dried with a 25 year shelf life.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a new trend in hip replacement surgery. In the past most recipients were 60 years old or older. Surgeons are now seeing a trend of people in their 40s and 50s getting these replacements for a variety of reasons.  Hip replacements have now become a multibillion dollar industry for orthapedic surgeons.
