The group contends that either KFC lower the levels of transfats in their products or put out warning labels. Doc outlines the increased risks of cancers due to the free radicals produced in the frying process.

During the meeting UCLA's assistant director for the Center for Human Nutrition spoke regarding the health benefits of strawberries. Extolling the virtues of berries because of their antioxidant capabilities.
