Asserting that joints, ligaments and tendons can be rebuilt through nutritonal supplementation so the surgery isn't necessary.
Pearls of Wisdom
Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news story regarding a study of hip replacement patients. Researchers looked at over 35,000 surgeries at 46 hospitals finding that women were 29% more likely to have a repeat surgery with three years. Overall repeat surgeries within three years 2.3% of women need repeat surgeries while repeats for men is at 1.9%. Doc again cites the Harvard study that found surgery for joint pain is useless because the replacement does not address the root cause of joint failure.
