The article poses the question "why do we eat comfort food in the winter months?" The author contends this could be due to "seasonal affective disorder" or SAD. I am allergic to shellfish. Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2006. Tried the BTT but broke out in hives - shellfish reaction.
Loved the BTT otherwise- had tons more energy, lost weight, etc.). Would love to see a BTT without the shellfish ingredients or a vegetarian form for those ingredient(s). Any suggestions? Thank you.

Youngevity has a product called Ultimate Classic that has no shellfish and is a multivitamin. Also, the Cal Toddy product is a calcium and magnesium supplement that is shellfish free.
Youngevity also has a shellfish free product called Fucoid Z that has the same benefits as msm and chondroitin.
