Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a recent study on avocado oil. A study from the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology. The study found that while many free radical fighting antioxidants are often hard to absorb into the mitochondria of cells. Avocado oil is absorbed and seems to inhibit the formation of free radicals inside cells.
