Dr. Wallach briefly mentions the Virginia Tech campus shooting. Asserting that these kinds of people are predictable if you know what to look for before a bad incident occurs. Doc then discusses the recent death of entertainer Don Ho, who died this week from a heart attack. Prior to the heart attack Ho had a pace maker installed and under went stem cell therapy. Doc asserts that if the entertainer had been given the right nutrients he might still be singing "Tiny Bubbles".

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss two recent news stories. The first concerns a doctor in Oakland, CA whose license was revoked for failing to properly treat a heart attack victim. Second Doug mentions the most recent attempt by the FDA to make vitamins, minerals, herbs and other forms of alternative health care more controlled.
