Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a study recently published in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine. The study found that people with a positive outlook got fewer cold viruses than those with a negative outlook. The positive outlook people also seemed have less severe symptoms than those with a negative outlook.
