The Norwegian study found that teens who consumed the greatest amounts of sugary drinks had a higher percentage of mental illnesses. She also discussed a study that found teens who drank high amounts of sodas increased their risk of bone fractures by as much as 300%.

Doug Winfrey and Joanne Conaway discuss a recent study that found 75% of adults in the U.S. are sleep deprived. Increasing their risk for decreased appetite, weight gain, diabetes, lowered immune system and even depression. Another study also found that 1 in 6 adults have trouble falling asleep and 4.5% of those use either herbal remedies or relaxation techniques to solve their sleep troubles.
