Dr. Wallach discusses the death of a famous body builder Mickey Hargitay from multiple myloma.  Doc outlines that this type of myloma is due to nutritional deficiencies.  Asserting that although many body builders do supplement they still don't get all 90 essential nutrients found in Yougevity's Pig Pack.

Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Asscociation.  This Swedish study followed women for an average of 15 years collecting data on their diet, drinking habits, weight, height and education.  The study found that women who consumed one or more fatty fish (salmon, herring, cod and mackeral) per week had a 44 to 74% lower risk of getting kidney cancer.
