The article contends that to have good bone health later in life people should be concerned about their bones when they are adolescence. Stating that bone density is at it's peak between the ages 20 and 30. Contending it is natural to lose bone density later in life. Doc asserts that this isn't actually true that through supplementation people can slow bone loss.
