Contending that this because of nutritional deficiencies and could be reversed through nutritional supplementation. Contending that all Americans are nutritionally deficient if the are not supplementing.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a study from the UK. Finding that a high BMI as well as low BMI are linked to early death. It has long been known that being over weight or obese can increase the risk of several diseases. A BMI of 21 to 25 is linked to the lowest level of morbitiy. A previous study found that in the UK that obesity is linked to 7.5% of cancers in women.
