Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing long lived cultures. Stating that most of these cultures are in thrid world countries. However he does point out that there is one long lived culture in a first world country. Contending that this is only because the cultures religion requires people stay away from bad foods and to supplement.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning parasites. The article states that for the most part there are two types parasites protozoans and worms. Protozoans can cause a number of symptoms. There are also several types of worms including flatworms, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms. With the last three being the most common ones found in the U.S.
