A driver was arrested after reportedly losing control of the vehicle, and running it into an electric car charging station in Sand City. The driver was found passed out in the driver’s seat….with an open container of whiskey next to the center console. The driver failed the Field Sobriety Test and was arrested on suspicion of D.U.I. The vehicle was towed.
