Good news on the fire front where firefighters now have almost 100-percent containment on the c-z-u lightening complex fire.
While many residents have returned to their homes in the santa cruz mountains…. Calfire says over 2-thousand people are still evacuated.
The numbers are grim…. Over 900 homes were destroyed and almost 87-thousand acres went up in smoke in both Santa Cruz and San Mateo counties.
