an aptos bicyclist was air lifted to a bay area trauma center after colliding with a car sunday morning. the incident took place at around 10:30 a-m at the intersection of porter streetand soquel drive. c-h-p sources state that a 53 year old BICYCLIST was in the eastbound soquel drive bike lane when some one opened the door of a parked car causing the cyclist to careen into a vehicle stopped at the light. the accident is under investigation.
