CVS is administering Covid-19 vaccines at 100 of it’s locations in California….and 2 of those are in Monterey county. The next closest CVS currently administering the vaccines is in Sunnyvale. People can begin booking appointments on February 9th for these locations.
Yesterday, Montage Health (in Monterey) opened up appointments for 1,000 Covid-19 vaccines…..and within 39 minutes all of the available appointments had been booked.
Eligible Monterey county residents can also make appointments directly with Community Hospital Of The Monterey Peninsula for one of their vaccine clinics. People will be asked for proof of their age, if they work in healthcare, and county of residence.
