A teenager was arrested following a head on crash on Carmel Valley Road. 18-year-old Margot McNally was speeding and driving under the influence when she hit an oncoming SUV on Thursday. Her 16 year old passenger was critically inured along with the 69 year old driver of the SUV. McNally was booked into Monterey County Jail for driving under the influence and causing great bodily injury.
