On Friday authorities released the identity of man found dead in Seaside on Thursday. 36 year old Petty Officer 1st Class, Joshua Van Poucke was found in a vehicle at a CSUMB parking lot. Van Poucke who lived in Prunedale was assigned to Coast Guard Station Monterey. At this time the death is being investigated as an apparent suicide.
