Due to a lack of being used much in Greenfield, a State-sponsored Free Covid-19 testing site is moving from Greenfield to Seaside next week. The OptumServe site at Seaside High School is slated to be open from 8 a-m to 8 p-m Tuesday through Saturday. The high School is located at 220 Noche Buena Street. This testing site will accept both walk-ins and appointments, and is open to everyone whether they have Covid-19 symptoms or not. People are encouraged to bring legal identification….IF they have it.
People can go on-line to: lhi.care/covidtesting to make an appointment, or people can call (888) 634-1123. Testing is still available at a number of other sites in South County including Clinica de Salud clinics in Greenfield, Gonzales, Soledad and King City, the Mee Memorial clinics in Greenfield and King City, and the Soledad Medical Clinic in Soledad. The last day of testing at the Greenfield library is set for 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. this coming Saturday. More information is available on-line at mtyhd.org/covidtesting.
