A Salinas couple was charged today with child endangerment, after allegedly trying to sell their 9-month old daughter on Tuesday. 38-year-old Patrick Fousek, and his girlfriend, 20-year-old Samantha Tomasini, were arrested after 2-women reported the couple was offering the girl for sale for 25-dollars, outside the Westridge Walmart. The 2-were also charged with being under the influence of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tomasini was also charged with trying to dissuade a witness. The 2-are scheduled to return to court on July 9th for a preliminary hearing.
