The County Fire, burning in Yolo, Napa, and Lake counties, has burned 32,500-acres since it began Saturday afternoon. There are Mandatory Evacuations for the residences served by Highway 128 (between Monticello Dam and Pleasant Valley Road), as well as North Of Highway 128, South Of County Road 23, and East Of Berryessa-Knoxville Road.
