The owner of a Monterey County counseling center for domestic violence has been convicted of several felonies. Earlier this week 56 year old Mark Crout, owner of Tri-County Counseling, pled guilty to three counts of falsifying documents. The charges are in connection with certifying that domestic violence referrals attended sessions that they had paid for but failed to show up for. Crout is expected to be sentenced to felony probation.
