a hollister man was arrested monday on suspicion of stealing copper wire. 35 year old james r. mckuin was arrested just before 5 a.m. when hollister police officers found him inside a fenced area on p g & e gaming club online casino property. police found the utility’s property on the sidewalk with indications of copper wire theft. mckuin could face commercial burglary and trespassing charges.
