A convicted felon has been arrested for being in possession of stolen mail, checks and debit cards, as well as a quarter of an ounce of methamphetamine. Steven Lisch is believed to have stolen the mail in Santa Clara, Napa, and San Luis Obispo counties. Lisch was booked into Monterey County Jail.
