			<description><![CDATA[I do agree with Ms.Key's opinion in this commentary . As an immigrant , I think I know the real importance of Rule of Law. I had been admiring the Rule of Law in this Melting Pot ,and it had taken me about 13 years to get my legal visa before I came to live in Santa Cruz. In my opinion, the Rule of Law is the true value of this country . So legal is legal ; illegal is illegal . The concepts of Legal and Illegal cannot be confused . If Illegal is sympathized ,that means there is no Rule of Law. And U.S.A. will not be strong and respected without the Rule of Law.]]></description>
