Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a news article concerning a study of plant based diets. Researchers from Loma Linda University found those eating a plant based diet but eating fish at least once a month had a 43% reduction in risk of colorectal cancer. Those eating plants and dairy and eggs limiting fish and meat to less than once a month have a 18% reduced chance of colorectal cancer.
