Some FDA officials now believe it is possible the melamine was intentionally put into wheat and rice glutens to boslter the perceived protein levels.

Doug Winfrey and JoAnn Conaway discuss a recent news article regarding research done in two different continents. The research upholds earlier studies that indicate HRT (hormone replacement therapy) increases the risk of breast and ovarian cancers. One study was done in the U.S. and the other done in the U.K. The British study found that compared to those not on HRT the therapy increased the risk of ovarian cancer 20%.
