Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning an Austrailian study on vitamin D3. Researchers found that people with the most vitamin D3 in their blood had a 50% decreased risk of pancreatic cancer. Prompting researchers to recommend at least 15 minutes of full sun everyday without sun screen.
Lois has osteoporosis resulting in bulging disks and chronic neck and low back pain.
Jack has been diagnosed with macular degeneration.
